Rocket.Chat is seeking a full-time and experienced Webflow Developer to join our Marketing team. You will develop, manage, build, and maintain the corporate website and landing pages using Webflow. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and work independently. Prior experience building and designing Webflow websites is a must for this role. This role would be directly reporting to the Head of Demand Generation.
Mandatory Hard Skills 🎯
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience with Webflow;
- Good English proficiency;
- Experience with integrations such as email templates and forms;
- Knowledge of responsive design and how it works with accessibility in mind;
- Excellent understanding of CMS collections and items in Webflow;
- Thought leader regarding all things website development and design;
- Proficient in Figma or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
Desirable Hard Skills 💕
- Experience with CRO and A/B testing would be a bonus;
- Experience with HubSpot forms;
- Experience with GA4;
- Experience with website translation tools such as Weglot;
- Experience with website heatmaps and behaviour analytics tools.

What You'll Do 🖥️
- Design and implement on-brand and aesthetically pleasing landing pages;
- Ensure existing and new landing page implementations align with SEO, accessibility, and usability best practices and company objectives;
- Create component libraries that others on the team can use as self-service options for minimal site updates, such as publishing blog posts;
- Track website performance and provide feedback and ideas for improving website performance, structure, and design;
- Provide high-quality web dev work that is picture-perfect and in line with brand guidelines;
- Work with the marketing team to increase site traffic and conversion rates.
