Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Webflow Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Webflow Developer, you will be crucial in developing and maintaining visually stunning and highly functional websites using the Webflow platform. You will collaborate closely with our design and marketing teams to bring their visions to life while ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive websites using Webflow, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Translate design mockups and wireframes into clean, efficient, and maintainable Webflow code.
- Customize and extend Webflow functionality through HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and integrations with third-party services.
- Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and user experience best practices.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance user experience and increase organic traffic.
- Implement interactive elements and animations to enhance user engagement and improve overall website aesthetics.
- Stay updated on the latest Webflow features, trends, and best practices to continually improve development processes and output.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure seamless website functionality across all platforms.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and content creators, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster skill development and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Webflow Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your web design and development skills.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of responsive design principles and web standards.
- Expertise in using the Webflow platform to design and develop custom websites, including interactions, animations, and dynamic content.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for crafting visually appealing and highly functional user interfaces.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and quality.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and web performance optimization techniques is desirable.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Location
This position is remote, full-time, and permanent based, with the possibility of occasional travel.
