Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and creative Webflow Developer to join our team on a project-to-project basis. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in web development, with a focus on using the Webflow platform to create visually appealing and functional websites. The Webflow Developer will work closely with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to bring website concepts to life.
Responsibilities
Website Development
- Use Webflow to design and develop responsive and visually appealing websites.
- Implement web designs provided by the design team and ensure pixel-perfect accuracy in the final output.
Custom Code
- Write custom code when necessary to enhance website functionality or address specific project requirements.
- Integrate third-party tools and APIs as needed.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Provide technical input during the planning and design phases.
Testing and Debugging
- Conduct thorough testing of websites to ensure functionality across various browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
- Identify and resolve any bugs, issues, or performance bottlenecks.
Optimization
- Optimize websites for speed and performance.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance search engine visibility.
Documentation
- Document the development process, code, and any custom solutions implemented.
- Provide clear instructions for ongoing maintenance and updates.
Stay Updated
- Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in web development, design, and technology.
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge related to Webflow and other relevant tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Webflow Developer or similar role.
- Ability to share and showcase past work within your portfolio.
- Strong proficiency in using the Webflow platform.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first web development.
- Solid understanding of web design principles and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Time management
- Previous agency experience is a huge plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
